Job purpose:

Toensure academic and operational excellence of schools in their respectiveregions which includes flawless implementation of the product, smooth runningof administrative tasks, leading and mentoring of the team and adhering andexcelling business goals and objectives

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the everydayoperations and functions of MyPedia Implementation, Customer Support, TestExecution.

  • Implementation of MyPediasystems to assist and deliver quality services.

  • Ensure quality processesare in place for all divisions specific to their project requirements.

  • Understanding thetraining requirements of customers to finalize the design of the program, schedule, billing milestones andmanaging the programs end to end.

  • Enabling the sales teamwith proposals and presenting the solutions at school with demos and sampledeliverables to finalize the deals.

  • Meeting the monthly,quarterly and annual revenue targets. Continuous monitoring of revenueaccruals. Approving the budgets and managing the costs, Timely billing andcollections.

  • Collaborate with Product,Sales, Finance, Efficacy functions to be able to create superior learneroutcomes.

  • Develop change managementstrategies, conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and deviseappropriate plans.

  • Prepare and Conduct widevariety of workshop on Pedagogy,

  • Managing team andassigning appropriate Schools to team members.

  • To take ownership ofimplementation process with clients/customers

  • Performing Gap analysis,SWOT analysis, Risk analysis, and Cost/Benefit analysis

  • Customer relationship management

  • Managingindividual targets and academic excellence of own Accounts/schools

Candidate Profile

Post Graduate with 12 years of experience

  • Strong Execution capability

  • Experience in Training and high onprocess orientation

  • Strong Academic Orientation

  • Maturity to manage a diverse team of ARM & CRM

  • Understanding of education sectorpreferred

  • Strong in Stakeholder Management

  • Operations and Program Management

  • Developing and implementing systemsand processes for effective management

  • Educational software development anddelivery
